Metro Manila is filled with a great number of themed restaurants that offer a unique dining experience. Filipinos love out of the box concepts and exquisite food offerings on their favorite restaurants. Nowadays, customers set the bars high for their next food haven, and they always love a level up. If we’re talking about level up, Movie Stars Café easily qualifies the criterion.
Movie Stars Café is a newly-opened (and rebranded) restaurant at Eton Centris, Quezon City. It’s a movie-themed restaurant and a movie memorabilia studio that serves good food and entertainment in one place. If you live in the South, you might have visited their past restaurant in Mall of Asia in Pasay. Now, they have relocated and revamped their restaurant to cater to foodies from the North.
Star-studded, Eye Candy Café and Restaurant
One cannot help but notice the façade of the restaurant that invites people in. They have large LED screens and King Kong’s 3D head perfect for photo ops with your family or barkada. Their reception desk welcomes you with a dinosaur head from Jurassic Park, along with a life-size statue of Shrek, Terminator, R2D2 from Star Wars, and the infamous aliens from Aliens.
A PWD-friendly walkway features a Hall of Fame of signed posters and photographs of Hollywood celebrities. You can also check out the movie memorabilia hanged on the wall –some of them were actually used in films. The Hollywood-like sight when you go inside will make you ecstatic and excited.
The whole restaurant has its own stage with a theater-like LED screen where dancers can perform. On the side, there are more life-size statues of superheroes like Iron Man, Wonder Woman, Bat Man, and Cat Woman. The seats are cozy and designed differently, depending on where you’ll be seated.
There are also six available VIP rooms if you want to have private rooms when you dine in this restaurant. They have a semi-open kitchen behind their bar area where you can get your favorite cocktails and drink with Darth Vader.
Overall, the café and restaurant looks over the top, with the curated photographs and brilliant interior design based on the vision of their hands-on owners.
Food and Entertainment in Movie Stars Café

One of the highlights of Movie Stars Café is the wide array of performances based from famous movies. This where performers act and perform dance numbers throughout the evening. They have performances for children like Big Hero 6 and Barbie, while they have anime-inspired shows as well like Rurouni Kenshin and One Piece. Of course, don’t forget superheroes like Spider Man.
