It’s never too late to decide you wanna become fit. Losing those extra weights and gaining more muscles to do what you love to do easily is a hard feat, especially for those who are on the opposite side of the word “fit.” But in 2018, you decided you’ll work on it. You just don’t know what to do and how to do it right.

If you’re clueless about where to start on your fitness routine, FitCon MNL | 5 is perfect for you. The event is happening at Green Sun Hotel in Makati on May 18-20.

Here are five reasons why you should go to FitCon MNL if you’re a fitness newbie:

1. This is one of the biggest fitness events in the country

FitCon MNL is back for its second year, offering the grandest event for fitness professionals and enthusiasts with their partnership with the TV Network 5, the number one sports channel in the Philippines.

Unlike their first year, there will be an expo hall that is open to the public —perfect not only for fitness and health enthusiasts but for everyone interested in learning about the latest trends in the industry.

2. You’ll meet the experts of the fitness industry

Fifteen industry experts from around the world will be joining the convention to share their trade secrets through a series of interactive workshops and classes throughout the event. Three keynote speakers will be at the FitCon MNL | 5 event: The Philippine fitness icon Vivian Zapanta, author and diet coach to the stars Nadine Tengco, and founder/director of RAW Active Singapore Glenn Ang. Along with these three are fifteen more speakers from various fields of fitness.

3. You’ll get to know more about your body

If are still uncertain about which workout works for you, you should come to this event. Aside from the appropriate exercise, you will learn about your body fat percentage, the right diet for your body, and other factors that affect your fitness and health. Fitness is not a one size fits all experience. Everyone has a different body, different lifestyle, and eating habits. You will learn more about your personal fitness and health with the help of the experts in the industry.

4. There are many activities to choose from

Each day of FitCon MNL is packed with various activities to teach guests how to get the most out of the exercises, prevent and address injuries and develop their careers for success —just to name a few.

There would be a total of 60 workshops in the event’s whole duration. Delegates can choose to attend on all days, on a specific day, or just try specific workshops they find interesting. In the Activity Zone, there will be 28 master classes available.

5. This is open to all fitness enthusiasts

Whether you are a fitness professional, an athlete, or just someone who wanted to explore the world of fitness and health, you are encouraged to this event.

The three-day workshop pass is P17,500, while the one-day pass is P8,500. The Buzzer beater rate until May 11 is only at P14,000 and P6,800 respectively.  A single workshop is P2,000. The class rate at the Activity Zone is only P70 per class. The one-day Unli Class pass is P450 and the three-day Unli Class pass is P1,200.

If you’re a newbie who wanted to explore more about fitness, FitCon MNL might be for you.
