Now in its third year, CineFilipino Film Festival 2018 runs with eight feature-length film finalists headlining the much-awaited festival.

The screening of the films will run from May 9-15 on several cinemas in Metro Manila.Watch the films at Gateway, Greenbelt 1, SM Fairview, SM North EDSA, SM Megamall, SM Mall of Asia, and SM Southmall.

The ill-tempered old actress Delia has to find somewhere to leave her equally difficult husband Sammy before she dies.Turns out, they are coming back into the lives of people they’ve hurt, estranged, and antagonized.

Starring Rosemarie Gil, Jaime Fabregas, and Nico Antonio, catch the funny slice of life story of Delia and Sammy.

Excuse Me Po (by Ronald Batallones)

The 65-year old Hilda is a Senior Citizen who makes a living out of begging inside and outside of the mall. With her experience acting as an extra for movies in the 80s, her acting skills as a con artist become handy.

Little did she know, a filmmaker named Ruel observes her modus operandi. He approached Hilda to ask if he can turn her life into a movie and she agrees.

Hit Boy (by Bor Ocampo)

In his young age of 15, the Hitboy Alex is a full-time kid playing a game of survival as a part-time gun for hire.

Reflecting a dark reality in the country, the film got great actors like Adrian Cabido, Mon Confiado, Soliman Cruz, Rosanna Roces. Together with Rea Molina and Juan Miguel Salvado as the leads.

Gusto Kita With All My Hypothalamus (by Dwein Baltazar)

At the busy street of Avenida in Manila, the lives of four men intertwine. They are searching for something and they all find what they are looking for in a woman named Aileen.

Mata Tapang (by Rod Marmol)

An absolutionist soldier who lost an eye in battle opens an “eye” anew. This makes him see his fallen brother in a new light and accomplish their life missions.

Witness Edgar Allan Guzman and Aaron Villaflor fulfill each other’s life missions in Mata Tapang.

Mga Mister Ni Rosario (by Alpha Habon)

Bea is the perfect stage wife for his method actor husband until he gets the role of a lifetime and threatens to kill her “character.”

Catch Joross Gamboa and Kat Alejandrino as leads in the roller-coaster ride on the romance comedy-turned suspense film.

Poon (by Roni Supangan Benaid)

Poon (The Image) is a story of a loyal church servant with her daughter who experienced disturbing things after bringing a mysterious image of Saint Vargas to their home.

The film stars actors Glydel Mercado, Shy Carlos, Yayo Aguila, Mon Confiado, Rolando Inocencio, Chanel Latorre, Erlinda Villalobos and Kriz Martinez.

Eternity Between Seconds (by Alec Figuracion)

Starring Yeng Constantino and TJ Trinidad, Eternity Between Seconds feature a story of a depressive motivational speaker and an anxious Kopino meeting her Korean father for the first time. These two cross paths at Incheon International Airport where they attempt to elude time, together.

The finalists of the Feature-Length Category each received a two million-peso grant.
